Lynsey C. With more than two decades of entrepreneurial leadership, Lynsey has built multiple businesses and guided clients and entrepreneurs in creating meaningful growth, wealth, and opportunity.
Lynsey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a Teaching Credential from California State University, Long Beach, and is a Certified NLP Practitioner, combining a deep understanding of human behavior with powerful mindset and communication tools that support lasting personal and professional transformation.
Beyond her professional work, Lynsey is deeply committed to family and community. She is the proud mother of three amazing children and is grateful for the support of her incredible husband, who has been a partner in building both family and entrepreneurial dreams. She enjoys traveling, running, and giving back through service, including participating in Rotary service work in the community.

Since becoming a licensed real estate broker in 2004, Lynsey has established herself as a respected leader in the industry and is licensed in both California and Hawaii. As the owner of PR Real Estate, she has spent over 20 years helping clients build wealth through real estate while developing a reputation for leadership, vision, and results. As a real estate investor, she also brings firsthand experience in building long-term wealth through strategic property ownership.
As the Founder of Evolve Holistic Coaching, Lynsey brings together her expertise in entrepreneurship, mindset, and leadership to support women entrepreneurs who are ready to expand their impact, increase their income, and build businesses that align with the lives they truly want to live. Her coaching approach integrates strategy, mindset, and energy alignment while addressing the hormonal shifts that can affect women’s energy, focus, and leadership throughout different stages of life, helping women create sustainable success that works with their lives.
At the same time, I was working with a business coach who focused strictly on productivity, accountability, and numbers. While those things are important, it didn’t make sense to me that no one was talking about the real-life circumstances that impact how we show up as entrepreneurs. That realization changed the direction of my work. Not only did my personal approach to life and business shift, but the way I coached my real estate agents began to evolve as well. My coaching naturally moved toward a more holistic approach, supporting my agents not just in strategy and productivity, but in mindset, energy, life balance, and personal alignment.
As we began working this way, we saw powerful results—not only in business performance, but in overall well-being and fulfillment. Today, I’m deeply passionate about holistic coaching for women entrepreneurs, because business success is never just about strategy. It’s about health, energy, mindset, family, and alignment.
Founder's Story
My journey into holistic coaching began in 2020, when I was navigating major family challenges while still running my businesses, including experiencing a death in the family that deeply impacted my life. Like many people, I turned to traditional therapy and spent nearly three years doing the work. While it helped, I still felt low, exhausted, and not quite like myself. Eventually, I was introduced to a restorative health approach that looked at the full picture of my well-being. During my first visit, my practitioner took a deep dive into my health history, symptoms, and lifestyle and created a personalized hormone therapy and wellness plan. Within a few months, I started to feel my energy and clarity return. I finally began to come out of the fog.
